The list was found among his papers following his death. The names are listed in alphabetical order with no attempt to list them in the district they presided over, or their job title in the Council. We have included the dates when they served in the Council where that information was available. Gerardo Martinez, J. B. Morris and Earl Wisdom served at two different times in the Council. |
